CVR Realty™, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage established in 2009, was created by Condo Vultures®More Info and CraneSpotters.com™ founder >Peter Zalewski.

Zalewski is a trusted real estate consultant who was named the Miami Association of Realtors Market Advisor of the Year in 2011. Just two years later in 2013, the Miami Association of Realtors named Zalewski's latest venture - the preconstruction projects website CraneSpotters.com - as the Tech Product  Of The Year in South Florida's real estate market.

Besides exclusively advising for CVR Realty™ and overseeing the two websites dedicated to tracking South Florida's condo market, Zalewski also writes a regular column for the Miami HeraldMore Info newspaper's Business Monday section and the online real estate news website The Real Deal Miami.  

Zalewski, a non-practicing real estate broker who has had a Florida license since 1995, focuses his time on real estate consulting, analytics and running CraneSpotters.com, which tracks more than 350 preconstruction condo towers announced east of Interstate 95 in the tricounty South Florida region of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach since 2011.

Additionally, Zalewski narrates weekly bus tours that provide unparalleled insight into South Florida's most active preconstruction condo markets of Greater Downtown Miami; Miami Beach / Bal Harbour / Surfside / Bay Harbor Islands; Sunny Isles Beach / Aventura; Hollywood / Hallandale Beach; and Downtown Fort Lauderdale and the Beach.  

After 12 years as a financial journalist, Zalewski left the newspaper industry in March 2006 - as the South Florida real estate market was peaking - to create Condo Vultures® in anticipation of the crash.

In the nine years since its creation, Zalewski has established an international reputation for his expertise in identifying the latest trends in the South Florida condo market. 

Zalewski has been quoted more than 1,000 times in domestic and international newspapers, magazines, radio programs, TV segments, and even a Hollywood documentary. 

Zalewski's first real estate venture was the licensed Florida buyside brokerage Condo Vultures® RealtyMore Info LLC, which since July 2006 has worked with buyers - both on an individual and institutional level - to acquire distressed properties.

Jenny Huertas is a licensed real estate broker with several designations - including Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and TransNational Referral Certified (TRC) - who manages a team of experienced professionals for her firm CVR Realty™.

Huertas joined CVR Realty™ in August 2011 before taking ownership of the boutique real estate firm that specializes in condominiums in 2013. Prior to joining CVR Realty™, Huertas worked for five years as a buyer broker with Condo Vultures® Realty LLC during the heart of the South Florida condo crash. 

Huertas headed up Condo Vultures® Realty's international sales division. Originally from Colombia, Huertas obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration from Universidad Autónoma del Caribe in Barranquilla, Colombia.

Prior to joining  Condo Vultures® Realty, Huertas worked for Kirschner Realty International as an in-house sales representative on the new Lexi condominium tower in North Bay Village in Miami-Dade County.

Luis Guimaraes is a licensed real estate professional and veteran dealmaker who joined CVR Realty™ in 2011. Guimaraes - who has been working in real estate since 1994 - has a knack for combining realtime data and industry relationships to identify market trends ahead of many in the industry in South Florida.

Guimares' experience in real estate ranges from transactions to negotiations, portfolio management to advisory services.  

Born in Brazil, Guimaraes has increasing focused his efforts on working with foreign nationals from Latin America to invest in the South Florida real estate market.
