Preconstruction Condo Project Bus Tours

Starting on December 7, 2013, CVR Realty™ - the licensed Florida brokerage based 
in Greater Downtown Miami - will begin offering half-day bus tours of the more than 175 proposed condo towers slated to be developed in the tricounty South Florida region of Miam-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach.
The regularly scheduled tours will be narrated by South Florida condo expert and real estate columnist Peter Zalewski, who founded CondoVultures.com in March 2006 based on the premise of using public information and private research to gain a competitive advantage during the last real estate crash.
In 2013 as the market was moving into the growth phase of the cycle, Zalewski launched CraneSpotters.com in conjunction with the Miami Association of Realtors in an effort to create South Florida's first comprehensive website dedicated exclusively to newly proposed condo towers in coastal tricounty region.
