CVR Realty™, a Florida brokerage company, is the latest venture started by Condo Vultures® founder Peter Zalewski, a trusted industry expert for the news media, who has received international recognition and has been quoted more than 500 times in domestic and international newspapers, magazines, radio programs, TV segments, and a Hollywood movie, for his real estate advisory and publishing company Condo Vultures® LLC. 

Zalewski also owns the licensed Florida buy-side real estate brokerage Condo Vultures® Realty LLC, which works with buyers - both on an individual and institutional level - to acquire distressed properties.

Zalewski is a former financial journalists and veteran analyst and real estate broker who has established an international reputation and credibility for being one of the first to accurately predicted the South Florida housing crash back in June 2005, which prompted the formal creation of the Condo Vultures® LLC in March 2006.

In the five years since establishing Condo Vultures®, Zalewski has built a successful consulting firm that advises some of the largest institutional funds, influential private equity groups, pension funds, and university endowment funds in the world on acquiring distressed property in Florida. More than 500 funds from two dozen counries located in five continents have approached Zalewski in reference to South Florida real estate.

The demand for realtime information has prompted Zalewski to create the video-based, interactive website CondoVultures.com with a mission of offering real estate and finance news, reference guides, White Papers on key issues and trends, a subscription-based Foreclosure Database™, and a seminar series on the latest real estate issues.

In addition, Zalewski also oversees a publishing company that buyers, sellers, developers, and lenders all look to for the latest accurate information in the South Florida housing market.

CVR Realty™, Zalewski’s latest venture, was launched to assist owners to sell their properties as the South Florida market increasingly shows signs of stabilizing.

Hernan Osorio, GRI, CIPS

Director of Sales

Hernan Osorio is a real estate professional with a background in finance and real estate from the School of Business at Florida International University.

Prior to joining CVR Realty™, Hernan worked for Kirschner Realty International as the Director of Sales of condominium communities in Broward and Miami/Dade counties with combined sales in excess of $100 million.

At Kirschner Realty International, Hernan was responsible for complete market analysis of new construction and conversion pricing and amenities, assistance with creation and weekly review of media and marketing campaigns, and administration and monitoring of essential reporting for financial institutions and developers.

Hernan has an active Florida real estate Broker Associate with the designations of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) from the National Association of Realtors. He is also a certified specialist in REOs (Real-Estate Owned by Banks) and Shortsales.  

Hernan is fluent in English and Spanish.
